WHO'S YOUR DADDY??!!!!
Damn what a weekend.....lets see I will start with Friday..went out with Smear, Cappy, Wig Wam, KK and a few others...hung out a little it was cool..I think Cappy got loaded...too funny..and what is great is that Wed. is the bachelor party again..FUN!!!!
Okay check this out..Brenni and I went to San Bernardino to see Dave and the Toby Keith Concert....okay check this out....
I have NEVER in my life met people as nice as Rex and G and Willie and Rich and Roman and Gator and esp Dave. Dave got us to the meet and greet on sat night with Toby and then after the show we went to the bus and hung out on the bus, drank beers and beers and beers and shot the shit. It was like old home week ...alot of the guys are all from my part of the world so I could have a conversation about my old stompin ground. We didnt get off the bus til after 2 Am..And what was funny was that Bren decided before we even saw the show that we were trekkin with the guys to Bakersfield Sunday for show number 2. WHOOPIE!!!!
Dave looked so good and he filled in with Rascal Flatts...they are good but I hafta tell ya that Toby's show last year was good but this one was UN-FUCKIN-BELIEVEABLE!!!! He just gets better and better. I miss the days I followed Daves Bands all over the south and if I had the chance to roll time back to one night at Country 2000 in Dallas I would so do one thing different...Dave if you are reading this you know what that is...and I dont hafta go any further into it than that. I miss you hunny...and I am so proud of you and what you have done with your life ...I feel priviledged to just say I knew you when.....
Brenni and I were so tired LOL...we thought we were lost in the Mohave going to Bakersfield and the guys must think we are loonies ( We thought for a second we took a wrong turn at the end of the world and ended up in Palm Springs....)...we did make it..checked in...Played around a bit and headed to the show. We hung out with Gator on the rig a bit while Rascal Flatts played sunday ..then headed to the show for round two of Toby....
We hung around out back with the guys for a bit ut they were pulling out quick to catch a plane in AZ so we said out goodbyes and bid them a teary farewell and good luck at the music awards in Nashville. Be sure you watch it...Guys we are here rootin for you!!!!
Again I just hafta say that I had the time of my life and felt like a princess for a bit...I miss the old days....and I miss that kiss..........
On a new note...1/2 day at the new job today..its gonna be cool...I am scared but I am ready I think..after a good night sleep I will be fine...
In the mean time...Dave you have gotten in my system again....and the rest of you guys....
